Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) in Oakland, CA is seeking an ABA Clinic Supervisor to lead clinical excellence in person. This part-time role offers mentorship, in-field coaching, and a pathway toward BCBA certification.

As Clinical Leader you will coach Behavior Specialists, conduct home and community visits to ensure fidelity, provide parent education, monitor documentation, and collaborate with Training and Operations to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Relevant ABA experience required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification interventions, or 1 year with 12 ABA units or BCBA credential.

Responsibilities

• Coach Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
