Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health seeks an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA, to lead clinic operations and supervise staff while advancing ABA science. You will collaborate with senior leadership to optimize metrics, supervise RBTs, and guide the clinical team.

Relocation assistance is available for candidates new to the area. This role emphasizes growth, data-driven decisions, and a commitment to evidence-based practices in North Carolina and Georgia.

Qualifications

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years.
• Strong foundation in all clinical KPI metrics.
• In good standing on all BCBA metrics including attribution of and client service hours, cancellation trends, POC timeliness and quality, conversion rates, and RBT supervision rates.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support in clinic.
• Support community building within clinic.
• Conducting interviews.
• Participating in outreach events.
• Review operational dashboards and collaborate with Clinic Director to improve opportunities.
• Review intake packets and support client/BCBA pairings.
• Attend weekly caseload planning meetings.
• Participate in 1:1 supervision meetings with BCBAs and clinic directors.
• Lead RBT performance conversations.
• Develop skills to move to Associate Clinic Director (Level 2).

Position Overview:

We are looking to add an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA to our team. The ideal Associate Clinic Director will have a passion for improving the lives of children with Autism and their families. Job Responsibilities:
