• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and sign-in procedures.
• Manage email, phone, and appointment scheduling; route clinical questions appropriately.
• Maintain clinic appearance, organize files, and support events.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and staff to ensure smooth operations.
