Job summary

Mindcolor Autism seeks a compassionate Center Director to lead our new North San Antonio center. You will oversee clinic operations, schedule and hire staff, and uphold high standards of ABA therapy. You will mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and operations staff in a collaborative culture that supports families and clients.

You will drive clinical excellence, supervise client care, and ensure compliance with state and Mindcolor standards while fostering growth and innovation at the center.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing for 5+ years.
• Active state license in good standing per state requirements.
• Active QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days of hire.
• 1–3 years of experience managing performance of BCBA-level clinicians.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing business operations.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for community events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic including scheduling and hiring.
• Provide strategic leadership in the delivery of ABA therapy.
• Mentor BCBAs, RBTs/BTs, and Operations staff.
• Ensure therapy services align with individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families and the community to expand support.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Mindcolor standards.
