Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Center Director in Newton, MA to provide clinical and operational leadership for 1–2 centers and related services. You will lead center operations and clinical teams to ensure high-quality services, effective staffing, and an exceptional experience for clients and team members.

The role requires a Master’s degree preferred, 4 years ABA experience with 2 years in supervision, and BCBA credential or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ABA and 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst credentials or equivalent post-credential experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to teams delivering services.
• Ensure services are documented per quality standards.
• Promote a culture of compliance across centers.
• Maintain high caregiver and client satisfaction with services.
• Manage daily operational issues and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver services.
• Provide staff feedback and performance management.
• Create an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
• Ensure center safety in coordination with facilities.
