Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field or enrollment in a graduate program (minimum of 12 graduate semester units in an ABA program)
• Strong written and communication skills are essential
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with case oversight and training supervising RBTs in the field
• Ensure accurate data collection, session notes, and graphing during sessions
• Conduct parent consultation sessions and collaborate with staff, parents, and other professionals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
