Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team on a full-time basis. The position involves developing and supervising individualized behavior support plans, mentoring technicians, completing assessments, and coordinating with families and interdisciplinary professionals to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

The role includes facilitating staff trainings, evaluating team performance, and maintaining a collaborative, positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Spanish speaking is valued but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise individualized behavior support plans.
• Mentor and guide behavior technicians; complete assessments.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to promote client outcomes.
• Facilitate staff trainings and evaluate team performance; foster a collaborative work environment.
• Attendance at IEP and IFSP meetings may be required to support advocacy and coordination of services.
