Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support BCBA-led ABA therapy programs in various settings. You will implement treatments, conduct parent consultations, train RBTs, and ensure accurate data collection and documentation.

A Master's in ABA or related field is preferred, with driving ability and willingness to travel as needed. Join a team that offers mentorship, BACB supervision hours, and resources like a company phone, laptop, and mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field or enrollment in ABA graduate program (minimum 12 graduate units)
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
• Ability to provide negative TB test results
• Energetic attitude to help individuals with developmental disabilities
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement medically necessary behavioral health treatments and conduct parent consultation sessions.
• Assist with case oversight, train and supervise RBTs in the field.
• Ensure accurate data collection, session notes, and graphing during sessions.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Inspire staff to engage with behavior analysis and contribute to a supportive team environment.
