A growing ABA agency in Los Angeles is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for a full-time, hybrid role. You will support clinical programming, collaborate with BCBAs, and maintain a manageable caseload of clients. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, along with incentives and strong team support. Ideal candidates should have an active BCaBA certification and some previous ABA experience, along with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

We’re hiring a BCaBA for a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and grow your skills; with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.

What You’ll Do
