Job summary

Soar Autism Center in East Mesa, AZ is seeking a Child Care Specialist to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy within a center setting. You will follow clinicians' care plans, document progress on a computer or tablet, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

The role includes paid training for RBT certification, with a career progression program offering raises and promotions every three months as you build skills; longer-term paths include psychology, speech

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; able to obtain RBT within six weeks.
• Reliable transportation to training and center, punctual and dependable.
• Comfortable using computers and tablets; strong communication.
• Ability to sit/stand/kneel, lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in a center.
• Follow care plans created by clinicians in behavior, speech, and OT.
• Observe and document progress using a computer or tablet.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and share progress updates.
• Participate in paid training for RBT certification and development.
• Explore long-term career paths in related behavioral health roles.
