Brighter Strides ABA Therapy is seeking a care coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on coordinating ABA services, communicating with families and clinicians, and ensuring accurate documentation and scheduling.

The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and capable of collaborating with multiple teams to support client care. Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare coordination is strongly preferred, with hours aligned to west-coast time.

• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, or care coordination preferred

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate ABA services and support clients with ongoing care.
• Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, clinicians, and internal teams.
• Assist with scheduling, authorizations, referrals, and documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and help resolve service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records and ensure information is updated.
• Support a positive and responsive experience for families throughout the care process.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care.
