Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking part-time ABA support staff to provide one-on-one services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, collaborate with BCBA supervisors, and help families participate in therapy. Paid training is provided and evening/afternoon hours are common.

No prior ABA experience is required; we provide training and a supportive team environment focused on positive outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
