Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated individuals to join our ABA team. We provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, with flexible afternoon or evening hours and part-time opportunities.

No prior ABA experience is required; we offer comprehensive training and a 6-month commitment. You'll work with children who have Autism, supporting independence and behavior improvements alongside a clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
