Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a dedicated ABA technician to provide one-on-one services in clients’ homes or community settings, helping children with autism reach their full potential. This part-time role offers paid training, flexible afternoon/evening hours, and an immediate entry point into ABA.

Experience is not required; extensive training is provided. You will join a committed team delivering impactful care and supporting families in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Serve as a key part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
