Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in the United States is seeking part-time ABA paraprofessionals to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community locations. The role offers flexible afternoon or evening hours and a strong entry point into the ABA field.

No ABA experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided. You will record session data, collaborate with BCBA supervisors, and support families while gaining valuable clinical experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism are essential.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
