Responsibilities

• Implements ABA programs and BIP with fidelity.
• Establishes relationships with students to build social interaction.
• Prompts replacement behaviors and fades prompts for independence.
• Collects and graphs data on behavior and performance.
• Provides instructional support per IEP and ABA plans.
• Oversees small groups and provides guided practice.
• Instructs and accompanies students off campus as needed.
• Reports progress and recommendations to supervisors.
• Participates in trainings to stay current with methods.
