Job summary

Axis for Autism is hiring Behavior Therapists / RBTs to work full-time or part-time across clinic, home, school, and community settings. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision and collect data on client progress.

Qualifications include a degree and ASD experience; RBT certification is preferred. Monday–Friday availability is required; bilingual candidates are a plus. Axis provides paid training and benefits to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Preferred).
• At least one year of related professional experience working with individuals with ASD and/or other developmental disabilities.
• Prior experience as a direct support professional is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Part-time and full-time openings must be available Monday through Friday.
• Bilingual (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-to-one and group settings in clinic and home settings.
• Follow behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect, record and summarize data on observable client’s behavior.
• Communicate with caregivers and school personnel regarding client progress as instructed by supervising clinician.
• Assist supervising clinician with preparation of client materials and assessments.
• Engage with supervisor for feedback and support.
