Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a valid RBT certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completed a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to demonstrate RBT job essentials.
• Experience working with autism or related disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration.
• Follow behavior intervention plans accurately and adapt as needed.
• Adherence to BACB ethical standards.
• Physical ability to engage with clients and work in various environments.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA and conduct one-on-one therapy sessions.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Document and maintain records of sessions, plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and professionals to ensure consistent treatment.
• Participate in supervision and training; collect and analyze data and adjust as directed.
