Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

No experience is required as full training is provided, and candidates can start part-time with flexible hours. A 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is required, with a minimum six-month commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
