heartlandbehavior is seeking empathetic individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. This entry-level role offers paid training and is ideal for those transitioning from education or childcare into ABA therapy.

Positions start part-time with opportunities to advance in a thriving ABA field. No prior ABA experience is required, and successful candidates will complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and commit to at least six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion; able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a clinical team member implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurate session data recording using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
