Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will support independence through evidence-based interventions and collaborate with a clinical team.

No experience is required, as extensive paid training is provided. A 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is required, with a minimum six-month commitment and flexible, student-friendly scheduling. This role offers part-time hours with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion; ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
