Job summary

Behavior Analysis International is looking for a full-time Behavior Therapist (ABA) in Marlborough, MA. You will help preschool-aged children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills, working closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

Qualifications

• 6 months working with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift, bend, run, or engage physically as needed during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in one-to-one or small-group settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Record data accurately to track client progress.
• Support families through feedback and training.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Complete documentation and training requirements on time.
