Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior is hiring to provide ABA services to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. You will implement individualized ABA programming under BCBA supervision and work directly with clients to promote positive behavior change.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; an RBT certification is preferred, and degrees in psychology, education, or ABA are a plus. You will collaborate with a team, collect data, and maintain professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, ABA, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organization and time-management skills.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA
• Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Apply ABA principles to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change
• Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed
• Attend regular meetings, training, and stay current on best practices in the field of ABA
• Collect data on client behaviors and write session notes within appropriate timeline
• Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
