The role involves implementing individualized ABA programming under supervision, delivering intervention plans with fidelity, collecting data and progress notes, coordinating with families, and staying current on best practices through regular meetings and training to ensure client progress.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • RBT certification is preferred.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs.
  • Deliver ABA interventions directly with clients.
  • Execute treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Apply ABA principles to address behavioral challenges and promote positive changes.
  • Teach skills using DTT and natural environment teaching, adapting as needed.
  • Attend meetings and training to stay current on best practices.
  • Collect data and write session notes within required timelines.
  • Provide exceptional clinical services to support client progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs
  • Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention
  • Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Apply principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
  • Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed
  • Attend regular meetings, training, and opportunities to stay current on best practices in the field of ABA
  • Collect data on client behaviors and skills / writing session notes within appropriate timeline
  • Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • RBT Certification Preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Must pass background check
