Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior in New Jersey is seeking caring professionals to support children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders through applied behavior analysis. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized ABA programming in client homes and schools, promoting positive behavior change and skill development.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (RBT preferred) and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
RBT Certification preferred.
Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, ABA, or related field preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organizational and time management skills.
Must pass background check.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs.
Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients using ABA.
Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
Apply ABA principles to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching.
Attend meetings, trainings, stay current on best practices in ABA.
Collect data on client behaviors and write session notes on time.
Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
