Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior seeks an ABA Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under supervision of BCBAs, directly working with children in home or school environments. You will help execute intervention plans and collect progress data to support client growth.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (RBT preferred) and can work independently within a team, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention
• Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Apply principles of ABA to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
• Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed
• Attend regular meetings, training, and opportunities to stay current on best practices in the field of ABA
• Collect data on client behaviors and skills / writing session notes within appropriate timeline
• Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
