Job summary

Beacon ABA Services is hiring Associate Behavior Therapists to implement teaching plans that promote social, language, and academic skills for clients. The position may be full‑time or part‑time and requires travel with a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.

The role supports clinicians and families in delivering evidence‑based ABA programs. Applicants with varying education levels may qualify: a Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an Associate's degree with 6+ months of relevant

• Applicants with an Associate's Degree (60+ credit hours) and at least 6 months of relevant experience can be considered for full time and part time opportunities.
• Applicants with a High School Diploma and at least one year of relevant experience can be considered for part time afternoon opportunities (3pm-6:30pm).
• Must have personal vehicle and driver's license as the position requires travel.

Beacon ABA Services uses only evidence-based instructional practices based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
