Beacon ABA Services, Massachusetts’ leading provider of home-based early intervention services, is seeking Associate Behavior Therapists. You will work one-on-one with young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder to implement teaching plans based on ABA principles, helping develop social, language and academic skills.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with training provided. Competitive rates start at $23–$27 per hour, plus a $1,000 signing incentive and $250 monthly bonuses.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Associates with 60+ credit hours and at least 6 months of relevant experience considered for full/part time.
• High School Diploma and at least one year of relevant experience considered for part-time afternoon opportunities (3pm-6:30pm).
• Must have personal vehicle and driver’s license as travel is required.

Job Description

Our Associate Behavior Therapists are responsible for the implementation of teaching plans and programs that help improve the social, language and academic skills of our clients. Beacon ABA Services uses only evidence-based instructional practices based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Applicants with an Associate’s Degree (60+ credit hours) and at least 6 months of relevant experience can be considered for full time and part time opportunities
• Applicants with a High School Diploma and at least one year of relevant experience can be considered for part time afternoon opportunities (3pm-6:30pm)
• Must have personal vehicle and driver’s license as the position requires travel
