Job summary

Headrise ABA in New Jersey seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one therapy. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, track progress with data, and support clients in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma (a psychology degree or RBT certification is a plus). This part-time role offers $18-$25 per hour, a $200 sign-on bonus, and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's in Psychology a plus.
• RBT certification preferred; ABA experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
