Job summary

Headrise ABA in Plainsboro, New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy for an 8-year-old boy, helping him build communication and daily living skills.

You will track progress with data, support skill-building, and collaborate closely with families and BCBA teams to ensure consistent treatment. Part-time hours with flexible scheduling and a $200 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
