Job Responsibilities

• Participate in working with and teaching children with disabilities as part of a team.
• Receive training from ABSI's Behavior Consultants and Specialists in ABA, including Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Training.
• Implement individualized programs in home and school settings, ensuring data collection and program fidelity.
• Foster child's independence and promote success across settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and insurance; ability to drive 30-45 miles from your location.
• Computer literacy, dependability, organization, and flexibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and families.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, stoop, push a wheelchair, and lift 50 pounds.
• Good leadership skills.
• Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus. Training to become a certified ABA Technician (ABAT or RBT) provided.
