Job summary

Taylor Elementary School in Colorado Springs is seeking a Temporary Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with disabilities in 1:1 and small-group settings. You will implement ABA-based interventions, collect data, and assist the SPED team under supervision of a Special Education Teacher or Behavior Interventionist.

Requirements include 18+ years old, High School Diploma or equivalent, and enrollment in an RBT credential program with 40-hour training; this is a non-exempt, hourly role

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess or be eligible to possess RBT Credential within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA-based behavioral interventions.
• Record data and track progress on programs.
• Collaborate with SPED team, parents, and staff.
• Assist with staff training and behavior assessments.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality; follow procedures.
