Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; psychology/education/social work focus preferred.
• Prefer RBT training or certification (or 40 hours); CPI certification after hire.
• Experience with ABA and behavior data collection is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with autism or ADHD.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and support classroom transitions.
• Track behavior data and help adjust treatment plans with teachers.
• Adapt worksheets to student learning needs and use prompts as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate observed triggers.
