Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA interventions to children with autism and special needs. You will collect progress data, coordinate with BCBA supervision, and help families implement effective therapy plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ABA therapy or experience with children with special needs is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred; commit to obtain within 60 days with pay increase reimbursement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to the role's physical demands.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in their homes.
• Collect and analyze data under BCBA supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff for consistency of therapy.
• Provide feedback to parents on daily progress.
• Implement and refine individualized ABA therapy programs.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and team members.
• Be open to feedback and follow instructions carefully.
• Work independently or in a team as needed; travel to client homes.
