Action Behavior Centers in Lakeway, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role features predictable daytime hours, no nights, and immediate start dates.

You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team. RBT certification is encouraged and promoted, with promotions and leadership opportunities as you grow.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and a high school diploma.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and sustain active pace with children.

Responsabilités

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
