Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to help children with Autism build independence and positive behaviors.

These part-time roles offer flexible hours, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities for growth. No long-term commitment beyond 6 months is required, with paid training and potential pathways to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
