Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. Part-time roles require a 6-month commitment and offer flexibility, same-day pay, and opportunities for advancement within the ABA field.

You will join a supportive clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and record data using electronic devices while fostering a positive learning environment for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
