Job summary

Odyssey ABA, LLC (a Finni Health company) in Virginia Beach, VA is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person, 1:1 ABA therapy. Part-time or full-time schedules available with competitive pay and structured supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA credentials.

You will collect data, implement plans designed by a BCBA, and help clients build communication and life skills in a supportive team environment. Candidates should be focused, detail-oriented, and professional.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (40 hr RBT course completed and pending exam is ok!)
• Passion for working with children or individuals with special needs
• Interest or experience in ABA, psychology, or special education
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with data collection
• Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism (HIPAA)
• A positive, patient, and growth-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive, structured environment
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Track progress and collect meaningful session data
• Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
