Acorn Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Florida. You will deliver high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under supervision of BCBAs, working to improve outcomes for children with autism across center, home, school, or other settings.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification (or equivalent), 1–2 years of experience with children, and at least 1 year in ABA, with a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• RBT certification highly preferred.
• At least 1–2 years experience working with children.
• At least 1 year experience with ABA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Work closely with supervising BCBA and team to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Communicate regularly with parents and supervisors to inform and improve treatment plans.
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other locations as clinically indicated.
• Schedule may include driving between clients.
