Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a motivated professional to work as a BHT ABA/RBT in the Philadelphia area. The role is part time with a flexible school-based schedule across residential and vocational sites in the region.

The BT will develop Treatment Plans, conduct assessments, train staff on TP implementation, and monitor ongoing needs. Education paths include a HS diploma or a related bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related human services field (psychology, special education, social work, counseling).
• Minimum one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, designing and evaluating behavioral supports.
• Ability to train staff on TP implementation and revise plans based on behavioral changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans (TP) for individuals.
• Conduct assessments and implement TPs.
• Provide training and ongoing consultation to direct support staff.
• Monitor and update TP as behavioral needs evolve.
