Job summary

Our Child Therapy in Yorktown, VA seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver ABA services in client homes and daycares. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, educate parents, and work with BCBA and Clinical Director to support children’s progress.

Hours are 25 per week, Monday–Friday 9:00am–2:00pm, paying $24.00–$28.00 per hour. In-person, local travel required, with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and clear communication are essential.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 30 lbs may be required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact effectively with children and families.
• Collaborate with BCBA and Clinical Director.
• Conduct data collection and maintain session reports.
• Implement behavior-based treatment plans.
• Educate parents on strategies to support learning.
• Ensure safety and quality of care for clients.
• Build professional relationships with families and community resources.
• Maintain training materials and supplies.
• Facilitate referrals to community resources.
