Job summary

Sunrise ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement evidence-based ABA therapy for children with ASD under BCBA supervision.

You will work one-on-one with clients in homes, schools, and community settings, collect data, and support skill development across communication, social, and adaptive domains. Flexibility and teamwork are essential in our inclusive, family-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs is a plus.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Passion for working with children and helping them flourish is required.
• Eagerness to be part of a caring and team-oriented company culture.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• RBT certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress during each session.
• Monitor and report changes in client behavior and progress to the BCBA.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Collaborate with clients' families and other team members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
• Provide support and training to family members and caregivers as needed.
