Job summary

ABRITE Organization seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA-based intervention for children aged 1–18 in Santa Cruz County across home, center, preschools and community settings.

Afternoon shifts are available (2:00pm–6:00pm). Spanish speaking is a plus. We offer paid training, possible advancement after RBT certification, and mileage reimbursement as part of our commitment to flexible schedules and supportive team supervision.

Qualifications

• 1:1 behavioral instruction with ABA methods.
• Data collection on learning targets.
• Collaborative work with a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA-based intervention in natural environments.
• Track progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Attend initial and ongoing training and maintain documentation.
