Job summary

Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC (KDS) is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (RBT) to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on providing comprehensive behavioral intervention services to children with Autism and other developmental delays, working under supervision to implement plans and monitor progress.

You will collaborate with BCBA(s) to tailor programs to each child and family, maintain detailed progress notes, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused team

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays in language, cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development
• Deliver ABA and Group services to children and families, ensuring accurate record keeping of case notes and excellent communication with supervising BCaBA or BCBA about the program and the progress of the behavior service plans
• Work closely with BCBA(s) to design and implement individualized programs tailored to the unique needs of each child and family
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans and excellent communication among all stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation
