Compass ABA in Paterson, NJ is hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs for afternoon/ evening shifts. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, building communication, play, social and daily living skills in home or community settings.

Now Hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs – Afternoon Shifts!

• Location: Paterson, NJ

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT

• Compensation: $20–30/hr (based on experience)

• Type: Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week)

• Shifts: Afternoons/ Evenings (3–4 hrs/day, vary by client)

Afternoon Schedules:

• Paterson, NJ: M- F: 5-7PM

About Compass ABA:

• As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.
