Job summary

Compass ABA Therapy is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs for afternoon shifts in Albany, NY. You will deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism in homes or community settings, working part-time 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one therapy under BCBA supervision, recording progress data, and collaborating with families and staff to support skill development and daily living goals. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete onboarding requirements.

• Location: Albany, NY

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT

• Compensation: $25-35/hr (based on experience)

• Type: Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week)

• Shifts: Afternoons/Evenings (3-4 hrs/day, vary by client)

Afternoon Schedules:

• Albany, NY: M-F: 3-7PM, Sat- Sun: 10AM- 1PM

About Compass ABA:
