Pacific Clinics is seeking a dedicated ABA professional for Neurodevelopmental Services in California. The role delivers naturalistic ABA interventions to children with neurodevelopmental challenges in homes, clinics, and community settings, under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• RBT certification preferred and background clearance required.
• Ability to obtain DOJ/FBI/CAIC background checks.
• Ability to speak/read other languages is a plus.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide group ABA services to assigned clients across multiple modalities (DTT, PRT, NET, JASPER, NDBIs).
• Occasionally provide direct individual ABA services under supervision.
• Record data for treatment goals using electronic systems to support outcomes.
• Model and implement behavioral interventions with individuals and caregivers.
• Collaborate with supervisors to develop plans and progress summaries.
• Develop program materials to support individualized strategies for behavior change.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and client progress discussions.
• Coordinate with internal and external providers to ensure continuity of care.
