Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required; RBT Certification is required to work independently.
• Experience applying ABA principles and working with children with special needs preferred.
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children who have special needs.
• Run skill acquisition programs using ABA principles.
• Prepare for sessions by reviewing previous client documents.
