Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians roles in Baxley, Georgia. Part-time positions are available with opportunities for full-time as caseloads expand. Ideal candidates will support children with autism using ABA strategies, under the supervision of a BCBA, while also having opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Engage clients during sessions; go from sitting to standing unassisted.
• Lift up to 50 lbs to assist clients as needed.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.

Skills
