Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings.

As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
• Work alongside like-minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts.
• Create engaging and fun learning experiences.
